Independently verifiable
Can someone who rejects the model still see the observation?
A fever breaking is visible to anyone. A fluorescence curve read as viral load is the model narrating its own output.

Falsifiable
Could a null result actually appear and be accepted?
Not on paper. In the data as collected. If the field has an excuse ready for every negative, the null is theater.

Non-circular
Was the instrument built from the conclusion?
Primers designed from the sequence the model calls viral will find it. That confirms the primers, not the virus.
Applied twice. Once to the study. Once to the paradigm the study lives inside. Three passes is scientific. Three fails is unscientific. A paradigm that fails settles the verdict on its own.
