How the verdict is decided

The verdict grades the whole picture: the paradigm this study assumes, and how the study was carried out inside it. A study can follow the scientific method rigorously and still be unscientific, because rigor inside a paradigm only shows the conclusion was reached carefully. It cannot verify the premise the paradigm rests on. So the paradigm decides the verdict. The study’s own score is kept because it shows how the conclusion was built.

Why

The authors extracted material from patient airway fluid, reverse-transcribed it, and amplified it with PCR primers designed from a genome they had already assembled by mapping reads to SARS-related reference sequences. They then inoculated Vero E6 cells with processed patient material plus antibiotics, observed that the cells changed shape, and called this viral isolation. They sequenced the culture supernatant using the same reference-mapping pipeline. Every instrument in this study presupposes the coronavirus model. The primers were built from the assembled sequence. The assembly was built from prior coronavirus sequences. The cytopathic effect was observed in cells that were simultaneously poisoned with antibiotics. The neutralization test used sera from patients already diagnosed using the same model-dependent PCR. There is no link in this chain that a person who rejects the virology framework could independently verify. The entire study is the model running its own process and reporting the output as evidence for itself. That is circularity from the first step to the last.

Why

The virology paradigm claims that a microscopic, transmissible entity called a virus causes specific diseases. In this paper, what they call a virus was never purified directly from a sick host and shown to cause the same illness in a healthy host without contaminated culture methods. Patient material was added to antibiotic-treated Vero E6 cells, the cells deteriorated, and the deterioration was declared evidence of viral activity. The genome was not found intact in a sick person. It was computationally assembled from extracted fragments using reference sequences from prior coronaviruses, then used to design PCR primers that detected what they had already decided was there. The terrain distinction is critical here. The patients in Wuhan had real respiratory symptoms. The allopathic-virology model treats those symptoms as evidence of a viral invader rather than as the body's response to underlying terrain damage. Suppressing or naming the symptom is not the same as understanding why the patient was sick. The framework defines the disease by the presence of a claimed organism, detects the organism with tools built from the organism model, and cites the detection as proof of the organism's causal role. That is a closed loop.
