Why
People were randomized to take a multivitamin or a placebo for two years. At the end, researchers took blood or tissue samples and ran them through instruments that produce signals. Software interpreted those signals as metabolites using a chemical model the researchers already accepted. They compared the signal patterns between the two groups. The instrument produced peaks. The model told them those peaks were specific molecules and that differences in the peaks meant the supplement changed metabolism. A person who does not accept the model looks at the same output and sees lines on a screen. They do not see metabolomic profiles. They do not see nutrition improved. The study population was sorted by randomization, which is fine, but the outcome was never visible without the model running first. If the signals showed no difference, the field would absorb it as measurement noise or individual variation rather than accepting that the supplement does nothing to metabolism.

That is what a stranger can see. Instead, this study measured chemical fractions through instruments that produce signals, and the model converted those signals into metabolites and their changes. The model defined what was being measured, the instrument was calibrated to detect what the model named, and the result was reported as proof that the supplement does something meaningful. The allopathic framework treats symptom suppression or biomarker shifts as successful treatment rather than asking whether the patient's underlying terrain actually improved. A metabolomic profile that shifts does not tell you the person is healthier. It tells you the model found a difference in signals it was designed to interpret. The premise went in untested and came out looking like a verified finding.
